Once a transfer is lodged, clubs have six business days to reply to the transfer. A transfer can only be declined for the following three reasons: 1. Player is under contract with current club 2. Player possesses club property 3. Player owes club money. Clubs will be notified of transfer requests via email, and should regularly check the member database for all transfer activity.
