Northern Football League Football Operation's Manager, Jarrad Carey, said that although the selection of the team was exhausting, and some very good players missed out, the team that will take on Football Geelong will give a good account of themselves.

"Both coaches are delighted with the make-up of the squad," Carey said.

"There were some players who are desperately unlucky but we hope to watch them improve throughout the year and look forward to seeing them back for the Under 14s in 2010."
