Under 14 Blue

CAPTAIN – Jake Kalanj (# 22)

VICE CAPTAIN – Joey Vacarro (# 13 )

DEPUTY VICE – Brock Smith (# 30)

5 Players to watch:

# 1 - Marcus Bontempelli

A classy midfielder come forward who has kicked a few bags for Eltham this year.

# 4 – Julian Soccio

One of the best marks in the team, this Greensborough utility has overcome a broken wrist to become an important part of the Blue team

# 6 – Mark Cardamone

Tough left footer with amazing balance who can play anywhere. One of the shining lights for Mill Park in 2009.

# 18 – Lachy Wain

Elegant ruckman from Eltham with a great leap. Excellent at stoppages and around the ground

# 23 – Tyson WhiteAthletic half back who runs and carries the ball beautifully. A West Preston boy, he is probably the quickest player in the entire squad

Under 14 White

CAPTAIN – Jack Bertagni (# 46)

VICE CAPTAIN – Nick Di Santo (# 33)

DEPUTY VICE – Lachlan Harrison (# 43)

5 Players to watch:

# 1 – Kyle O’Sullivan

Exciting midfielder from Eltham who will provide run and skill from the bench

# 3 – Anthony Condello

A late addition to the squad, this Epping gun has super pace and will be an important on-baller

# 10 – Anthony Mokbel

Bustling forward from West Preston who barely drops a mark. Should be in the goalkickers

# 18 – Liam Pender

Has relished the new surrounds at Greensborough and provides run, skill and athleticism. One of the key backs

# 23 – Brody Waugh

Keon Park forward who put a scare through the camp after a dirt bike fall! Loves a goal and has strong hands.

Under 15 Blue

VICE CAPTAIN – Matty Haynes (# 28)

5 Players to watch:

# 10 – Sam Pupillo

Half back from Whittlesea who reads the play beautifully. An important leader in the blue team.

# 13 – Nathan Sammit

Could be the wildcard. Super aggressive at the contest, the big man from Epping will spend most of his time at Centre Half Back.

# 16 – Brandon Lee

Strong ruckman from Research with a  booming left foot kick. Missed the championships last year and will be looking to make up for it in 2009.

# 23 – Mitch Tobin

Hard as nails on baller from West Preston who leads by example on field.

# 29 – Anthony BonaddioLightning quick and very hard to tackle. Anthony’s run and carry will be crucial throughout the championships.

# 3 – Matthew Mahoney

Midfielder from Yarrambat who can play anywhere and runs all day. Hard at the contest and loves kicking goals on the run.

Goal-kicking machine from Mill Park who rarely misses a set shot. Hard to stop if he’s switched on.

# 17 – Ben Schraven

Small mid from Wallan who uses the ball exceptionally well and never gives in. A key to this team.

# 23 – Joey Khalil

Rangy West Preston utility with an outstanding leap. Should provide plenty of rebound from defense.

# 33 – Jay Barbera

Goal-kicking midfielder from Hurstbridge who can win games off his own boot.
